What we learned from fixing a live DNS mess
Real talk: we thought we had a design issue. We had a routing issue.
The site was live on one version of the domain and flaky on another. That creates chaos: one person sees the update, another person sees an error page, and everyone starts doubting the launch.
The fix wasn’t glamorous. It was DNS hygiene, SSL checks, and patience while records propagated. Boring work, big impact.
Lesson: before redesign panic, verify domain + cert health first. You can’t style your way out of broken routing.
